I want to link up to my dropbox but where do I enter OPTION DROPBOX ON ?

I set up a file with it in but when I execute it I get error msg "Syntax error". Is there a command line somewhere that I can't find?

I installed the Basic program and later discovered that if I tap on *any* .txt file in my files app the Basic program starts up! Even for files not in Basic folder. How can I stop this happening?
