inability to resize image on load

Good afternoon. I purchased Stereo Master today to work with some side-by-side and .MPO files. I usually have to boot into windows to use Stereo Photo Maker, so I was excited to see something for osX. I am a little disappointed that I cannot resize the image within the window to get an idea for what I'm working with when I load a side-by-side image. The image was shot on a Canon 5D MKIII with a loreo lens so it is quite high resolution.

You need to resize image to change output image size? Or you need to have on-screen image zooming to be able to preview loaded image more detailed?
