Browser on a sprite or movable page?

Does anyone know if it's possible to attach a BROWSER displaying a local html file to a sprite or page that can slide left, right, up or down to display "adjacent" pages or sprites with different local html files? If so, please just give me a hint so I can try to work it out on my own first. I've been able to create and size a browser easily enough, but only on the main page. I just don't quite know where to start to "attach" it to a movable space.
