Tab "Privat messages" is missing here.

In the pbpBB in the user control panel: the third image shows a tab "Privat Messages" between the tab "Board preferences" and the tab "Usergroups".
Here the tab "Privat messages" is not shown, and i can not access privat messages.
What it the reason and how do I solve it so that I can send and receive privat messages on Nitisara.ru?

What is wrong with Henko? His account is active.

If he forgot his password, he can restore it using password recovery feature when logging in. His account is not blocked or disactivayed.

Henk wrote me that he knows this recovery procedure. He performed it, but the password, which should be send by your forumsystem, did not reached Henk's mailbox.
