New commands will be added:
SET TOOLBAR BATTERY OFF
SET TOOLBAR BATTERY ON
turns OFF and turns ON display of battery charge level on the top control toolbar.
SET TOOLBAR TIME OFF
SET TOOLBAR TIME ON
turns OFF and turns ON display of current time on the top control toolbar.

The zip file is downloading now. I haven't done an installation like this before, and questions come to mind. Does the beta overwrite my current version of smartBASIC? Will it affect the files that I have stored in the sB directories?
The only thing that gets me down is gravity...

Yes, this version will overwrite your current sB version.
Yes, all data files should leave intact. This is the same as installing an update from App Store.
Anyway, it is always very desirable to have all your sensitive data backed up, especially before updating to next version.

Everything is working very well. One anomaly I found in the voice list. There are two entries for en-US. They seem identical. If they are two different voices, I don't know how you would access them separately. PS - I have had smartBASIC speaking to my dog today, and she seems to enjoy it!
