SB has a FILL CIRCLE statement but not a FILL SECTOR (or ARC) statement, i.e. something that fills just part of a circle.
Is there an easy way to do this that doesn't interfere with graphics outside the area to be filled?
Apologies if I'm failing to see an easy answer, and thanks to anybody who provides one.
Is there an easy way to FILL a sector?

No, three is no single command to fill a sector.
The closest solution is to use FILL POLY command for multi-polygon object.
