I had a massive cyber attack and lost a lot of data and apps. I had to get a new iPad and a new Apple ID. I'm slowly downloading my old apps and for some reason can't get back my SmartBasic app.

Being 78 years old on a very limited income and getting hit hard by inflation in the US (as with every other US citizen) I cannot afford to pay for the app again.

I did have a backup of my iPad but it too was compromised and not usable, so I had to start from the beginning.

Can you suggest any way I can recover my old Basic app?
