Custom desktop icon images

Now you can add custom icons to desktop program links by specifying extra parameter in the link. Extra parameter should be separated by "&" character and should contain link to icon image.

In this example program "15.txt" in the root folder is linked with icon file http://icons.iconarchive.com/icons/tree ... t-icon.png

Images links in https:// protocol (as in Dropbox) seems are currently not working.
