The new version (3.0) of the PDF-manual is available as Booklet on:

Print it two-sided on A4 paper, then staple and fold it as an A5-booklet.
From posts on an other forum with an other manual, I understood that it also fits on 'US legal' size.

Modification date of the manual is on the front cover.

Code marking is available for iOS 5 now. In your text old phrase about restriction that code tinting is available for iOS 6 and higher is still present.

In introductory text about sprites on page 3 you have unfinished phrase.
