When I set scrclear(1,1,1,0), it should be transparent. If the last parameter is between 1 and 0, the screen should be partly transparent.

It would be nice if there was a visual clue for this on the screen - eg a pattern.

In version 0.0.21 there will be a background pattern in console window.
