Loud Typer Does Not Reload

Running on MBA 2020, OS 10.15.6.

When I reboot my MBA Loud Typer does not appear in the menu bar. Every time I must reload the app.
to have it back in the menu bar.

It is retained if I do just do Sleep.

You can add Loud Typer to System Settings > Users & Groups > Login Items if you need to auto-run it after reboot.
