I am a novice at this but have created a smart BASIC app I would like to make into a "real" app. I have downloaded smart BASIC SDK for XCode but I cannot figure out how to install it. Your Turtle tutorial seems to be working on a desktop. Can the SDK for Xcode be installed and used on a desktop and later transfer the finished product?

BTW Smart BASIC is a very impressive product. Thanks!

What exact problem do you have when following tutorial instructions?

I downloaded the Smart BASIC SDK for Xcode zip file and unzipped it. Is there something I am supposed to install? For instance, the Application.xcodeproj is a folder, not a file which can be opened or executed? How do you get Step 1 of the tutorial to happen?

Thanks.

In the beginning of the tutorial it is said: "Of course you will need Apple developer license and knowledge of how to use Xcode for compiling and codesigning your applications. But these topics are out of scope of smart BASIC support and should be referred to respective Apple help resources." because smart BASIC SDK is made for Xcode compiler which runs on Macs. So, you need a Mac with Xcode installed plus a basic knowledge how to use it. Then you can use this SDK to create stand-alone apps from your BASIC programs.

SDK 5.7 is updated - libraries are corrected.
Now SDK supports minimal iOS version 6.0.
