Running a desktop program question.

I have created many desktop programs to run on my iPad and each shows a pop up "Open this page in “smart BASIC”?" Cancel Open.

Is there a way to bypass this pop up and have the program run just by tapping the desktop icon?

Previously it was just like that.
But later Apple added this security feature with extra "Open this page..." dialog.

I wish Apple would give users "options" whether we want a particular feature, rather than force them on us.
