Basic Program Shortcut

Hi,
Can you place a shortcut to your compiled, executable program on your iPad Desktop?
If so then how?

1) You can create BASIC programs and run them from a desktop icon.
2) You can compile standalone iOS apps using your BASIC programs and run them from a desktop icon.

I did a search for the post that described how to create the desktop icon, but it has been deleted.

The help shows how to run a BASIC program from a web browser that asks if you want to run it in SB, but no where can I find how to create this icon.

Am I missing something?
