PDF manual v2.9

In order to have the help-info at hand during programming,
I have made a printable programming manual from the help pages in the app.
You can find it on:

Print it two-sided on A4 paper, then you can staple and fold it as an A5-booklet.

If you use other devices than iPad-1, then please post the screensizes as given on page 2
