Hmm, I've never tried that. I still don't use dropbox. Can you download files from safari? I think I've figured out how to send small data to my webspce from a smartbasic app. I can encode chunks of data to text and put it in the URL call, and make a special .php on my site to read the URL data and save it to a file there., something like url$="getdata.php?id=xxx&file=filname&data=xJ2sFq82FDxvssKuwq7sadkjlkjd" etc.
I rewrote the GigBook app between gigs yesterday. Added many years to it and also a Memo page for saving notes, and Phone & Email page for saving that info. Also added a couple buttons to select Year & Month to jump to dates faster. Will try to add your All device method too. I'll be posting an update soon. I'm wondering if I should start a new thread for the new version, or just remove & replace the original here.

That new version sounds very appealing. I am looking forward to it.
I have used PHP a little, but am not that fluent with it. I'm wondering if you could write code to get a 2-way exchange of data on the web, by sending to an ftp site and reading from the same site's http address. That would open up syncing of smart Basic programs between devices.
For your other question, my preference is to give a program a new version number and put it in a new post.

The only thing that gets me down is gravity...
