Ok, the version is in the Store.

Thank you. I still can't get it for some reason. Now the store says I own the product. (From redeeming a beta link you sent me in January' I suppose.) But it says get updated. SPL doesn't show up in my apps list to update. The store still wants me to update windows too.

I must have a really poor quality tablet.

Do you know the exact model name of your tablet?

Probably fresh Windows install can solve app installation issues.
