I have version 30, and it has not asked me to upgrade. But perhaps my earlier purchase attempt worked, and I have been upgraded.
The only thing that gets me down is gravity...

It will not ask yet.
You need to go to Options section and purchase from there.

Do they have a developer forum that can help?

There might also be an answer to that other question we had about why my tablet wasn’t able to display large numbers.
The only thing that gets me down is gravity...
