smart BASIC on iPhone and iPad

Hello! I am new here.
I just bought smart BASIC this morning on my iPhone and now I would like to download it to my iPad without paying back.
Please can you tell me how to do this?

Hi, welcome.
When selecting the Smart Basic app in the app store on your iPad, you should see the "cloud" symbol in stead of the "buy" symbol. The app store should "remember" that you already buyed the app on another iDevice.

I have posted my question because these is not cloud symbol but 5.49€ in place.
I thing if I hit this, I will be obliged to pay back second time.
How can I do to resolve that.
