App crashes while exporting and viewing video
I have an approximately 15 minute long video, but the app crashes on the 12th minute and I can't fully export the video. Please help me, I worked very hard on this drawing and am totally frustrated with this problem.

Do you have enough disk space on your device to keep such video?

Yes, i have 8gb free space and the thing is that I not only cannot fully export it, but I also can't see it.

If file was not completely exported then it is deleted.Kqhernandz wrote:Yes, i have 8gb free space and the thing is that I not only cannot fully export it, but I also can't see it.
You can export 12 min of your video, stop export manually before it crashes and see how much free space do you have at this time. You will see how much space was taken by your 12 min movie and how much more free space you have.
Right now I can recommend you to export your drawing in parts and then concatenate video fragments in video editor.

Thank you fir your quick response. I already did all that yesterday and those first 12 minutes are great, but I'm still missing the rest even though I have enough free space.

You can start recording video from any part of your drawing, like this:Kqhernandz wrote:those first 12 minutes are great, but I'm still missing the rest even though I have enough free space.
1. Select your drawing
2. Select "Export as Video"
3. After some time of exporting (for example half of your drawing process) touch the screen
4. Export will stop and your video up to this moment of drawing will be exported
5. Perform step 2 and finish exporting to the end of your drawing
6. In any video editor you can seamlessly concatenate your video fragments

Re: App crashes while exporting and viewing video
That's exactly what I did, however I will try it again, but the problem is that even though I export it in parts, it still does not advance to the end, but crashes.
After I try it again I'll get back you.
