Re: 4.4 version
This version was rejected because of enabled background functionality without being genuine music player.
So, background functionality will be disabled and app will be re-submitted to App Store.
SET UNDERGROUND command will become obsolete because of no use.

Re: 4.4 version
Very strange reason. I think that Apple wants to protect their own business on music files. Grrrr…Mr. Kibernetik wrote:

Re: 4.4 version
Not sure what a genuine music player is, there is no such thing. Dude you should send Apple inc an email and tell them to stop being silly and get them to submit your app with its background features. "A genuine music player" lol.

Re: 4.4 version
Will try to keep background functionality by changing SET UNDERGROUND command:
SET UNDERGROUND OFF
SET UNDERGROUND ON
turns OFF or turns ON program activity in background. By default is off.

Re: 4.4 version
Previously background activity was ON by default. Probably this was the problem. Actually it was a problem not only for Apple - all programs were working when in background. Now it should be more convenient, and probably Apple will not stumble on it.basiccode wrote:Not sure what a genuine music player is, there is no such thing. Re: 4.4 version
Would smartBasic work in the background still? Because you don't need to be a genuine music player to do that.
