Sea combat with sound

Post by Dutchman »

I have extended the game "Sea combat" with sound.
It was not possible on my 'old' iPad-1 with iOS-5. It took too much processing time.
Now I have changed to iPad Air with IOS-8 and could add the missing sound.
The program is available at: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1dso9k80mvoanev/YC7jtEcXTe
The file "- ReadMe.txt" gives details on usage.
You will find the old version, which runs on 'old' iPads with iOS-5 in the folder "_old version for iOS 5"
The history is described in "-ReadMe.txt"

What is then the average cycle time?
Is it an iPad-1 or newer?

I don't know, but there are no any pauses which interrupt or slow the gameplay.

If the game finishes, it displays statistics about cycle time etc.
